Appointed to strengthen strategic capabilities across the 200 MSEK Nordic communications group consisting of six agencies in five markets. Supported key client work while developing internal strategic and creative processes and know-how. Part of the group management team.
2012 – 2024
Founder & CEO – FLB Europa
Founded and grew FLB Europa from a two-person partnership into a 15-person agency with a turnover of 30 MSEK. Led strategic and creative development for clients including Spendrups, Klarna, Lynk & Co, Electrolux and the City of Stockholm. Built an agency culture grounded in curiosity, evidence-based thinking and collaboration.
Program Director – Berghs School of Communication
2012 – 2013
Developed and led Berghs' Strategic Communication & PR program for full-time students, combining theory and practice for future brand leaders.
Head of Insight Department – Jung Relations
2008 – 2012
Created and led the Insights & Strategy department at Jung Relations, shaping positioning and creative direction for global brands such as Absolut, Volvo and Electrolux.

Head of PR – Electronic Arts
Managed PR and communications for Electronic Arts in Sweden, launching titles and overseeing media relations for one of the world's biggest entertainment brands.
